Fashion design

A fashion designer creates clothes, accessories, and footwear from an idea to a finished product. He or she works at all stages of development and production and is responsible for launching new collections. The designer's responsibilities include managing the entire design process from start to finish, making changes to current clothing and accessory lines, and selecting fabrics and finishes for future models and product lines

📌 Basic requirements:
  • is issued in the state language;
  • addressed to the rector of the university;
  • contains the applicant's personal data, motivation, experience, goals, and strengths;
  • volume 550-600 words;
  • sent electronically through office of the applicant.

📎 Remember.Each application requires a separate motivation letter.

📥 Documents confirming your motivation (diplomas, certificates, publications, etc.) can be added separately - they are sent to the mail of the Admissions Office: pk@365.dnu.dp.ua.

🔍 Evaluation is carried out according to the following criteria: consistency, reasoning, literacy, motivation, and availability of evidence.

🧠 The purpose of the competition

To evaluate your creative abilities, level of academic preparation and ability to work with form, colour, composition and figurative language. The competition consists of two stages - drawing and painting - which together form the final entrance score.

📊 Passing scoreTo participate in the competitive selection, you must type at least 110 points.
🎯 Who is allowedApplicants with a complete secondary education or a professional junior bachelor's degree.
📎 What you need to haveA tablet, A2 paper, simple pencils, paints (gouache/acrylic/watercolour), clothespins, eraser - according to the requirements of the programme.
✅ We recommend that you read the assessment criteria, requirements for materials and the format of the assignments in advance.
Successful completion of the creative contest is the first step towards your artistic career!

📑 Required documents:
  • ✍️ Application to the Rector (generated in the electronic cabinet)
  • 🪪 A copy of the identity document (passport or ID card)
  • 📄 Document on the level of education obtained (original + copy with an appendix)
  • 🧾 A copy of the tax identification number (identification code)
  • 🎓 Certificates of NMT / ZNO / EVI / EFVV (depending on educational level)
  • 🖼️ 6 photos (3×4 cm)
  • 📬 2 A5 envelopes
  • Military registration document (for persons liable for military service)
  • 🏠 Extract from the territorial community register
🧾 If necessary, they are added:
  • 📥 Documents confirming the right to benefits
  • 📧 Scanned copies with electronic signature - if submitted online
  • 📂 Data for student card and contract (passport, payer code)

🧭 Що необхідно для вступу?
  1. 📌 Зареєструватися на ЄВІ/ЄФВВ
    Реєстрація проходить у травні через відбіркову комісію ДНУ. Необхідно подати заяву-анкету and довідку про завершення навчання у 2025 році.
    📄 Інструкції та календар подій — на сайті ДНУ
  2. 📌 Скласти ЄВІ/ЄФВВ з іноземної мови
    Тестування проводиться в основну сесію за правилами УЦОЯО.

  3. 📌 Пройти фахове вступне випробування
    Для ОП «Дизайн візуального середовища» передбачено іспит, що включає завдання з історії, теорії та практики дизайну та мистецтва.

Які вступні вимоги для вступу на бакалаврські програми?

Кандидати повинні мати повну середню освіту, скласти зовнішнє незалежне оцінювання (ЗНО) з української мови та літератури, а також успішно пройти наш творчий конкурс, який включає практичні художні завдання.

Як підготуватися до творчого конкурсу?

Творчий конкурс складається з практичних завдань рисунок та живопис (образотворче мистецтво), рисунок та композиція (графічний дизайн, фешн дизайн). Рекомендуємо пройти підготовчі курси базі ДНУ, які проводять викладачі нашої кафедри.

Чи є гранти на навчання?

Так, для вступників 2025 року передбачено надання грантів — часткової компенсації вартості навчання на контракті.
Сума гранту залежить від результатів НМТ:

17 000 грн — якщо два предмети складено на 150+ балів;

25 000 грн — якщо два предмети складено на 170+ балів;

Для ОП Fine arts встановлено кофіцієнт 1.3.

Чи можуть іноземні студенти подавати заявки?

Звичайно! Ми раді вітати іноземних студентів. Додаткові вимоги включають підтвердження володіння українською мовою або зарахування до нашої підготовчої мовної програми, візові документи та оцінку кваліфікації. Наш міжнародний відділ надає повну підтримку протягом усього процесу.

Чи є підготовчі курси на базі кафедри?

Так, кафедра проводить підготовку для абітурієнтів кафедри надаючи повну підготовку до творчого конкурсу та майбутнього професійного зростання.

Чи є можливість міжнародної співпраці для студента?

Так, кафедра дає можливість студентам, які мають високі бали за навчання та проявляють високу творчу активність, приймати участь у дизайнерських проектах в міжнародній співпраці з творчою фундацією «BIESZADY-ART» в м. Мічківце (Myczkoce), Польща.
